Unfortunately we cannot "spot reduce" fat on our bodies, but that doesn't mean getting a flat tummy has to be hard or take a long time. Here are a couple tips that will have your tummy looking great in no time:
Eat smaller meals. Our bodies only use so much of what we put in, so only eat "just enough". Cup your hands together, that is how much you should eat in one serving. Try to split up your meals to 2 hours apart 5-8 times a day.
Push ups! I think people are starting to get sick of me saying this, but push ups are your friend. Do 10, 20, do as many as you can. In between commercials, after you wake up, implement them in your workouts (if you already have a workout).
The important thing is that you start doing something today to help flatten that tummy for tomorrow.
I'll dish out some more tips in the near future, in the meantime check out the best way to lose the tummy

Baby steps to success
First and foremost, if you havn't already, please set a goal for yourself. This is simply to make sure that everything you do is focused on a particular outcome and that way the exercises/diet you do has more purpose.
Now that a goal has been set, Its time for you to decide how you want to achieve it. Do you want a diet? A major workout routine that will have your abs outline through your shirt, or would you prefer the more subtle flat tummy?
My opinion would be that you go both routes, a diet and a workout plan. Start by cutting out the unnecessary things in your life that may be unhealthy. Junk food, sitting down in front of the screen for hours at a time, the little things. I have a sister that wanted to know what she could do to lose some weight without doing anything drastic, I recommended that she cut down on the junk food. So, she did. In 1 year she lost 10 pounds (mind you she didn't even work out) all from changing her daily habits.
So, cut back on your "lazy lifestyle" it might just save your life.

Great Abs - The importance of setting goals
So you've decided to join the ranks of "sexy bodies". Great! but where do you start? Well, with a goal and a step by step layout of course.
I'm only guessing here, but I think your goal is to get a six pack. Now you just need your road map.
